As an entrepreneur and marketing researcher, our Founder, Alexandra Nolan recognized a critical gap between traditional marketing approaches and the immersive environments modern consumers seek. While pursuing her Ph.D. at the University of Memphis, she explored sensory marketing strategies with a focused interest in the powerful role of scent. Drawing on her background in branding and business development, Alexandra set out to create a solution for experience-driven industries—particularly those where atmosphere, emotion, and memory define success. This vision became a refined sensory marketing strategy designed to elevate guest experiences and strengthen brand identity, ultimately leading to the creation of The Aroma Haus.
