How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

If you order a custom branded product, expected delivery can take up to 3 weeks.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

During new product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

All non-custom branded orders placed directly though our site will receive free shipping over $75.

Can you choose faster shipping at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional charge. Transit speed changes, but standard order processing still applies before your package ships.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet shipped, we are able to update your shipping address.  Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@thearomahaus.com.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used candles, room sprays, perfume oils, diffuser oils, or other fragrance products.

Unopened and unused products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error in the processing of your order. In this case, we will send a return label for the return of your order.

What if I don't like the scent I ordered?

Because fragrance preferences are highly personal and products cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference.

We encourage customers to order a Fragrance Library Kit to test our fragrances before placing an order. Please also carefully review fragrance descriptions before purchasing.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thearomahaus.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number along with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Question 8

What does your diffuser warranty include?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your Aroma Haus diffuser includes a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

If your unit has a manufacturing defect or mechanical failure during normal use, we will repair, replace, or exchange it.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

To file a claim, email hello@thearomahaus.com with your order number, the product name, a brief description of the issue, and photos if available.

Can I return a diffuser?

Unused diffusers in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If your diffuser develops a covered issue after the return period, it may qualify for service under our one-year limited warranty.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking information shows that your package has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us a t hello@thearomahaus.com and we will assist in locating the shipment.

For packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.

While Aroma Haus cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered, we will work with you to help determine the best resolution whenever possible.
