1 Bluetooth Instruction
Before installing The Suite Diffuser, you will need to download The Aroma Haus app to your Apple or Android device. Once you have completed Step 1 of the Bluetooth Installation, plug in the device to customize the scenting schedule.
Step 1
Search for the “Aroma Haus” app in the Google Play
or Apple App Store, or scan the QR code below to download.

Note: Make sure the Bluetooth function of your mobile phone is enabled.

Step 2
Open the Aroma Haus app and select BLE connect mode.
Select your device and enter the default password 8888.
Step 3
Click on the three dots (…) in the upper right corner of the device control page to enter device settings. Here you change the device name and label of your scent diffuser and update your password.
Note: If you forget the password to your device. Press the reset button on your device to restore factory settings and use the default password 8888.
Step 4
Click “Adding a scheduled task +” to choose the days you would like your diffuser to run, the start and end times, and also the interval in which the fragrance is released (grade).
Note: The higher the grade number, the more fragrance that will be released over time. You can select the “Customize” option to customize your fragrance load. (fragrance pause and release times)

Press the toggle button next to a schedule in the Smart scenario list to turn on/off any schedule.
2 Diffuser Installation
Step 1
Insert the key into the lock, twist to open, then pull the lock out.

Press the catch on the top of the device and push forward
Step 2
Connect the atomizer head to the fragrance bottle and install the bottle into the diffuser.

Note: Keep the machine vertical at all times when a fragrance bottle is installed to prevent leakage.
Step 3
Insert the lock back into the key hole and twist to “CLOSE” for locking.
Step 4
Plug in the USB power cord or install batteries to power the diffuser.
3 Mounting
Step 1
Place the mounting plate in the desired location.
Step 2
Drill the three included screws into the holes.

Note:
The mounting plate can crack if the screws are drilled in too tightly.
Use the included anchors if you are not drilling into a surface that is solid enough to hold the diffuser in place.
Step 3
Once the mounting plate is secure, hang the device on the mounting plate.
4 Troubleshooting
Issue | Solution |

Abnormal Noise | The air pump is loose. Retighten the pump. |
Abnormal Noise | The air pump is damaged. Replace the pump. |
Oil Sprinkle | The device is tilted or lying flat. Keep the device vertical. |
Oil Sprinkle | The atomized head is damaged. A new piece is required. |
Oil Spill | Ensure the bottle is completely screwed into the device. |
Oil Spill | Check to see if the white rubber gasket is damaged, loose, or missing. |
Low Diffuse | The atomizing core is blocked. Clean the equipment by following the Equipment Cleaning instructions. |
Low Diffuse | Check to see if the white rubber gasket is damaged, loose, or missing. |
Low Diffuse | Check to ensure the tube is not loose. |
Does Not Diffuse | Air pump may be damaged. |
Does Not Diffuse | Check to ensure that the device is not in a "Non-Working" period |
Does Not Diffuse | Check whether the mode you chose is the intended setting |
Does Not Diffuse | Ensure that the tube is not loose or missing |
5 Warning
Do not modify, disassemble, or repair the diffuser. If any failure occurs, please contact our customer service team - hello@thearomahaus.com
Do NOT use a rapid charger for this device.
When the diffuser is first used or hasn’t been used for more than 7 days, the circuit board is out of power.
Please insert a battery/equipment power plug and allow 3 minutes to power the device.
6 Equipment Maintenance
The diffuser needs to be cleaned every 6 months or when:
1. You are changing to a different fragrance
2. The atomization volume becomes weak
Step 1
Remove the atomizer head (with tube attached) from the device.
Step 2
Soak the atomizer head (with tube attached) in industrial alcohol for 5-10 minutes
Step 3
Allow the piece to dry before returning to the device for use.
